The Mesa Christmas Market is the premier Christmas Market in the East Valley. 

 

We as The Mesa Christmas Market team strive to curate a joyous atmosphere where memories will be made. With this goal, we maintain high standards to ensure success for both vendor and customer. We accept a wide range of vendors but are limited on available space. We hope that through the growing success of this market we will have the ability to facilitate a larger number of vendors. We can not wait to work with you.

For all interested vendors you will need to provide your Arizona TPT License number. Your TPT must also have the City of Mesa region code added to it. It would have a "ME" on it.

Vendor Information

     Mesa Christmas Market is the premier Christmas Market in the East Valley. Sharing location with the popular Mesa Santa Express which has over 6,000 in attendance, neighbor to the Food Truck Forest and across the street from the Mesa LDS Temple Christmas lights.

The quality of a traditional Christmas market depends on maintaining a high standard of the vendor products it offers. The Mesa Christmas Market (MCM) is committed to immersing our visitors into a world of folklore and craftsmanship as well as traditional, seasonal specialties to provide them a magical experience.

The Mesa Christmas Market is specifically looking for the following:

  • Decorative Christmas and holiday articles (wreathes, ornaments, etc.) One of a kind handmade item

  • Holiday themed children's gifts Apparel
    Christmas Décor

  • Holiday Baked Goods & Food

  • Jewelry and/or accessories

  • Unique holiday gifts, i.e. clothing, food

  • Vintage Clothing

 

If you have a product that represents any of the above categories, we would be happy to have you apply to be part of the 2025 market.

 

ACCEPTANCE CRITERIA:

Vendor space is limited and subject to Event Manager approval. Your application package will be juried for the quality, uniqueness and salability of your product, and fit with the theme of the Christmas Market and overall balance of the category your product falls into.

You will be notified within 2 weeks of receiving your application as to whether it has been accepted. Upon acceptance, the vendor is required to provide payment. Only a limited number of applications will be accepted. All invoices must be paid within 1 week of approval. If payment is not received within 1 week, vendors will forfeit their space.

Please make sure you have your City of Mesa Tax License and necessary health department licenses

VENDOR BOOTH INFORMATION 

  

MCM will provide vendors with the following:

Electricity - to connect a heating device or indoor lighting.

Each vendor will be required to bring all additional requirements that might

include, but not limited to:

  • ·  10x10 Tent (if you need more than a 10x10 space we will charge you for any additional space you need and only if we have space to give you a larger space)

  • ·  Heating device

  • ·  Personal Decor for the interior and exterior of space

  • ·  Any additional signage

  • ·  Tables and additional shelving for product display

  • ·  Items required for food preparation.

  • ·  Vendors should carry their own liability insurance

All vendors are responsible for cleaning their tent space and removing their own garbage. Information on garbage pickup and bin locations will be available.

REFUNDS:

Vendors must cancel within 1 month of the event to be issued a refund. We understand that things happen, but after the month date no refunds will be issued for any reason. 

​The Mesa Christmas Market  reserves the right to cancel or change an event and/or it’s date and times at their discretion without offering a refund or credit in the case of weather or other factors.

To offer the best experience for our patrons, each vendor will be hand-picked by our event staff. Vendors must be able to demonstrate an ability to offer an aesthetically pleasing set-up. Previous vending experience is not necessary. If you do not have pictures of your setup at previous events, we will contact you to get an idea of how you will set up for the Market.

Vendor Guidelines:

  • ●  We will only allow items listed on an accepted application to be sold at the MCM.

  • ●  Vendors must hold all the required licensing for City/State for their specific product. All licensing

    can be obtained online. Food Vendors must meet all of the state requirements.

  • ●  Vendors are required to support and promote the Market. Digital Flyers will be provided to print and for use on social media platforms.

  • ●  Vendors need to carry their own liability insurance for their business.

  • EVENT DETAILS

    440 E. Main St, Mesa Arizona 85203 Check in & Set Up start at 2pm-4:30pm
    (All booths must be set up and ready by 4:30)

  • ●  Vendors will receive a vendor loading page with all the detailed info the week of the event. Earlier Check is available upon request. We do not take location requests. All vendors will need to provide adequate equipment for their products.

  • ●  Overnight security will be provided, so if you want to keep up tents with required weights, as it can get windy at the location. If you leave any product, it is at your own risk.

  • ●  Vendors can only sell items that were approved on their application. Market employees can ask to have items removed if were not approved at the time of the accepted application.

  • ●  Please ensure that items do not have profanity of any kind as this is a family market. Market employees have the right to ask to have products removed if in violation.

  • ●  Market Employees have the right to ask any vendors to leave with no refund if any disrespect or inappropriate behavior to either patrons or employees occurs.

  • ●  Vendors can display items a foot in front of their tent space with respect to other vendors to either side of you.

  • ●  We encourage white tents, and side walls are not required, but keep in mind the climate as it can get cold.

  • ●  The Mesa Christmas Market is an outdoor night market and will occur rain or shine.
